Playground Interpretation

This was my first time ever shooting my own footage, how exciting! This was a group project so my partner and I took turns filming. We had to film with the theme of natural light. We chose to shoot at a playground and focus on the abstract shapes and shadows of the playground equipment. After we finished filming we split up to do our own editing. I chose to stick to an abstract theme to go along with the music I chose. I wanted the footage to react to the music so when there was a glitchy noise in the music the footage would reflect that. I thought cutting up some of the frames would create a more interesting element to some of the stationary footage.
